What ever it is that we are each struggling with internally within ourselves comes with us being bold, straight up and honest to ourselves about. It would not make you less of a man or a woman to be honest to your own self about it. Just don't lie to yourself anymore about it. Get honest and acknowledge it for what it is. Addictions may appear that it is a battle or an uphill road to over come or get over. Once you or I admit to it that is the first step on our journey to over come it. 

Addictions can destroy the moral character of us.

It can damage our relationships with people that we know and love. 

I'm asking GOD here and now today that whatever you or I struggle with is that we take that first step in the process of healing.

Acknowledge it to yourself and be honest to YOU!

It's ok to ask for help! It's ok to have a support partner or someone that you feel will help you and hold you accountable towards steps to make change. 

Do this for yourself! Do it for the sake of your children! Do it because you LOVE yourself.

It's not a good thing to struggle with a weakness all by yourself!

Pick up the phone and reach out to someone that you can trust or become a support for your struggles that will not judge you.

If you my friend receive a call from a fellow friend that is struggling with an addiction or struggling to overcome a weakness. Please do me a favor my friend. Please do not simply sweep it under the rug.

Listen to that person, Love them, care for them, respect them and please do me a favor from out of the goodness that is in your heart...please uplift their spirit and don't frown upon them or cause more hurt and pain.

Please become as if you are walking in their shoes now and feel the pain & hurt they feel because my friend it will take you to Galvanizing all your strength of LOVE to help them on their road to recovery.

Please family LOVE MORE! 

PLEASE LOVE MORE LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER LOVED BEFORE!

Please do not just give up on your brother or your sister.

For that matter please don't give up on yourself.

Find again the LOVE FOR SELF that is buried deep down in yourself!

It's there! It maybe covered up from all that hurt and pain that you have.

LOVE CAN HEAL US!

LOVE CAN TAKE AWAY OUR HURT, OUR PAINS.

LOVE CAN HEAL ANY ADDICTION!

Please acknowledge where you are struggling within yourself and don't be ashamed to turn BACK TO GOD!
